The service provider is Batuhan Kumsal, Körfez Mah. 5097 Sok. 7/15, Atakum/Samsun, Türkiye. The Game Caption Android app is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By using the Android app, you represent that you are at least 18. This Android age confirmation does not apply to the iOS app.
Game Caption is an iOS and Android helper app that detects game subtitles on a TV or monitor with the device camera and OCR and provides Turkish translation. It does not modify games, consoles, or game files and does not claim an official partnership with game developers, console manufacturers, or platform owners.
Camera images, video, and audio recordings are not uploaded for translation. The Gemini path processes OCR text and only the limited context needed to preserve meaning.
On Android, Gemini translation for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019), Grand Theft Auto V, and Resident Evil 9: Requiem is provided without a per-user word quota or paywall. The free path is subject to global cost, rate, concurrency, and abuse-safety limits. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of those limits; a temporary outage is not converted into a paid-plan requirement.
When this feature is enabled on Android and the eligibility conditions are met, users may receive one 40-minute in-app preview of Professional features. Time for an offered preview advances under the app's active-use rules. The preview is not a purchase, does not reset daily, and does not automatically start a paid subscription. After it ends, the user must explicitly purchase through the store to continue using paid features.
Premium AI includes 20,000 Gemini words per day and Professional includes 40,000 per day. Daily limits may use the Europe/Istanbul time zone and unused allowances do not roll over.
iOS purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Android purchases by Google Play. Price, tax, period, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are displayed by the relevant store before purchase. This website does not process payments. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription; manage it separately in the store.
The existing iOS System Voice, optional on-device Natural Voice, and user-key DeepL options remain available as described in the iOS app. The Android app uses only system Text-to-Speech; DeepL, Studio Voice, and Natural Voice are not currently available on Android. Natural Voice for Android is planned as a future feature. Studio Voice is not used for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) on Android.
Plan features may differ between iOS and Android because of device compatibility and platform capabilities. Review the current in-app plan description before purchasing.
Translations are generated automatically. Camera angle, subtitle clarity, OCR, internet connection, source text, game context, and provider services can affect results. Game Caption does not guarantee perfect translations, uninterrupted availability, or identical performance on every device.
You must use the app in accordance with laws, store rules, and third-party rights. You may not attempt to bypass App Check, Play Integrity, preview, purchase, word-limit, rate, concurrency, or cost protections; automate abusive use; or transfer tokens or accounts. Access may be limited to protect security and service integrity.
The Game Caption name, design, brand elements, and software belong to their respective owners. Game names and marks belong to their owners. These terms do not grant ownership rights in the brand or software.
Android users can delete their anonymous account and associated Android data through Settings > Privacy and Data > Delete account and Android data. If the app is unavailable, follow the web instructions. Android deletion does not modify iOS or shared collections.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, Game Caption is not liable for indirect loss caused by a device, connection, third-party provider, store, inaccurate translation, or temporary service interruption.
These terms may be updated when the service or law changes; the new version will be published here with its effective date. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
